Set up info and booking info
For every castle it roughly takes 15-20 minutes to set up and take down. When you book online you will recieve a booking confirmation. If our team can see a problem with your booking they will call you. The night before you will get a email reminding you of the booking you have made. We will also ring you to see if the booking is still needed. If you want to add or change anything about your booking thern you need to call us and let us know,depending on when you call us and let us know about changes will depend if we can accomidate the changes required. Our delivery times and aproximate we have a window of 15minutes before and after your party pick up times to arrive.Our drivers will call if they are running late and give you a time of their arrival.
